La Botella Bistro is a space in Valle de Guadalupe where comfort food, fresh seafood, wood-fired pizzas, and cocktails come together with live music and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

Who would have thought a roadside hotel next to a gas station could have such extraordinary quality? Well, to my surprise, it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! The aguachile was spectacular, the shrimp sope was de-li-cious! (I can't stop thinking about it!), the seafood tacos... wow! Truly a pleasant surprise! I would go back in a heartbeat! Don't miss it!
